We designed this Car Protector for our own dogs when everything we bought broke. It is designed to fit all cars as there is an international standard for the size of a back seat (see below for more info).
We believe in using only the best quality materials to ensure the protection of both your best friend and your car year after year.
1.5 cm thick (no other protector is this thick and strong), it is fully reversible and machine washable - dense faux fur on one side ensures maximum comfort, and 100% waterproof heavy duty nylon on the other for those wet, muddy, sandy days. A dense foam middle layer ensures stability and extra comfort.
The sides zip up to make a cocooned bed, ensuring that pets are safe and cannot slip down into the foot well of the car from the sides. Because it is so thick and comfortable and your dogs feel safe and secure as they move around, the majority of dogs that are nervous or throw up in cars cease immediately when using this SLINGGUARD seat protector.
It has multi uses and can be transformed into a half back seat basket with four sides (to allow passengers to sit on a clean seat while your pet is on the other side) - or used in the back area of a SUV or Station Wagon. It can also be used as a ground sheet (great for the beach or when camping), or to easily carry and transport injured pets. It is a true car protector also, and can be used to carry plants, tools and even brick pavers without damaging your car.
There is seat belt access for a dog seat belt if needed, but also for use by a child's car seat to help parents protect their car against the grime made by children spilling drinks and dropping food.
We have headrest extensions available if required to stretch across as at times the headrests are in a slightly different position, and they also may be needed to fit around the front headrests of a Tesla easily.
Only the very largest trucks eg SILVERADOS, RAMS etc and the largest 8 CYLINDER LAND CRUISER have wider seats than the international standard - but they still fit (see our Gallery - Cars).
